currently converting unused retail space into residential condo str units What was the outcome?

Currently, we have a portfolio of 35 long-term rental properties, and we're managing these with the help of Yardi Breeze.

We expect to close end of May; and the home is move-in ready (and currently staged). 

Does anyone on here currently invest in any properties in WV?

The land is currently zoned for light industrial use and is occupied by several auto repair shops.
