After joining BP I saw this term bandied about so after some time I decided to find out what that really means in the BP community.My experience with agents have always been "they have the knowledge of what I don't know about an area like the comps", but I know what I am looking for that may not be in the area I'm looking, so, I look to the agent to help me get my focus as to whether I'm totally out of alignment with my goals-2-area-purchase.As you say it's a realtors job to know all the facets of the business from their perspective such as market and price and when investors come with what they want to achieve, it may be outside of what that market will yield.
