My name is Michele and I am a former real estate agent and residential appraiser from Upstate NY and moved to Sebastian, FL almost three years ago.  My nephew and I decided we wanted to get into real estate investing, focusing on wholesaling or if financial feasible to fix and flip .  We have about 50 hours of time that we can utilize between us and are looking for direction on how our daily plan should go about? I.e.  how many fsbo's should we be calling daily, how many abandoned, non owner occ, distressed homes should we be trying to find daily, where to place ads and any suggestions on best ad content, how many contractors should we connect with, real estate agents, etc...  I know when I was doing real estate I had to contact x amount of people in order to find a seller and same as a buyers.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
