Have they help you during the construction process such as picking out finishes and walking the property for you? 

I’ve qualified as real estate professional since 2021 and just found a potentially good opportunity to acquire a property in Mexico that would make for either a solid STR and/or eventually our forever home.I’m completely new to acquiring a foreign property- how to finance, what purchase process looks like, how foreign STR is taxed, does real estate professional status matter, etc. 

I had supplies and tools stolen in the process.

I am planning to hold the property for next 10 years and I am looking for future appreciation and future low mortgage rate to earn money on this.

I am sorry that Brew Johnson and Brett Crosby's concept for peer to peer lending, venture capital firm Andreessen Horowitz, and all investors who provided their hard earned cash now have to wait for pennies on the dollar. 

Now you can keep a larger percent of your $60k or whatever your job pays, but you will never get financially free until you replace your earned income with passive income.

You’ll certainly earn much less in interest if don’t change the payment.
