Investing is building wealth over a period of time.Focus on making as much money as you can with your W-2 job and then dump some money into a LTR over a period of time.Put the money in slowly so you can get accumulated with your network(PM Company, contractor, etc) and then scale faster as you are more comfortable.Then after you accumulate some properties, determine if you can scale back your hours at work to go from Full-time to part-timebest of luck

Hello.The previous property management company that we used did a crappy job managing our house and because of that, my wife and I didn't receive 3 months of rent payments (from September through November 2023).

Some are going overboard and pretty much make it so my method is prohibited.Can anyone recommend a mass texting company that permits texting without opting-in.

If you create a new company for each property you buy wouldn't financing be extremely difficult considering you are starting off with a fresh slate?

Thanks Danielle,I don't put much credence in references provided by a company, as any company worth anything will vet those referrals before giving them to me, so there should be no chance of really negative information. 

Just curious if folks send a 1099 to their bulk trash removal companies like waste management or city comptroller's for bills like water/sewer 🧐 

His company operates, manages and owns STR's in the area and the advice we received was on par with actual knowledge for our project.
