I've managed my portfolio form a distance (3 hrs) and through a poop PM ( you know who you are, shame on you) and kept it afloat but what i have left I'm threated to lose.

In terms of generalities, yes fairfield is a decent area and Hamilton gets all the benefits of being commutable to Auckland so capital growth is strong. 

Very good chance we will hit those March numbers again after we get a second surge which is almost assured with people ignoring distancing measures.

Or invest in other cities driving distance so you can be local.

I am looking to build a detached ADU in the backyard of my MF property in East Bay.I am trying to find out if there is a minimum distance that I have to maintain between the primary dwelling and the proposed detached ADU.I have read the state ADU law and didn't find anything there.
