Thats what I did for my first property while I was in college and instead of paying rent I collected over 1000 a month.

350,000, wow, that's like my hometown during the school year with 6 universities/colleges running!

I went to college for real estate finance at UT - San Antonio, inherited a dozen rental properties from my dad at 19, lending private funds at 22, learned how to wholesale at 23, started flipping at 24, owner financing at 25.  

I say all of this not to brag, but to tell this community of like minded people that if a 22 year old just out of college can learn to do all of these things from the people on this blog IN A WEEK, then anyone can, because of the value of those around you here.
