Yet because my house is in a close radius to the beach (only 2.5 miles as the crow flies--the 7 miles is what it takes to a drive out, around, then over the bridge), it seems like PriceLabs is using on-the-beach or walk-to-the-beach properties as comparables, and this may be leading to dynamic prices that are too high.I am not sure exactly how to fix this.

You also will see it when a home has not had many sales in 20-30 years and since it was purchased for $65,600.00 back in 1990 it took a huge increase in sale price of $275K based on 2024 sale price.

This is likely going to be your fastest and least expensive option.John depends on what type of foreclosure it was.. if it was mortgage and Sheriff sale then there is a right of redemption.. if it was a Trustee sale ( which most are / were ) then no redemption and you have a holdover.. when i bought foreclosures in WA.
