Is the area landlord or tenant friendly*what expenses exist, in cold weather you find snow removable and other expenses*what type of tenant class do you want town with*type of unit single family duplex, apartments etcWhat price range if houses am I gOnce I found an area I liked I would look on zillow reviews for an realtor I liked.

Unfortunately, there aren’t any classes offered nearby so I would need to travel.

We rent to students and middle to upper class professionals.  

I have a flip coming up in an A neighborhood (solid middle to upper-middle class, nice neighborhood).I hate paneling.  

I can only speak from personal experience but the renters I deal with (class C in Cincinnati) wouldn't jump complete those online forms.

Vaping could be used as a delivery advice for this "medicinal" product and thus those with disabilities/prescriptions might be covered as a protected class.
