Some of these may be legit, but some of them...especially the ones who claim you will start off making $10,000 a week....sound like a scam.How would a scam like this work?

Fast forward to tax time / refinance time, my accountant is telling me that the profit from Kingsbury, was actually a loss associated with quit claiming Mayflower back to the sellers.

My application only asks for landlord/housing info for the past 5 years - he's been living at this last place for the past 4 and claims to have been a homeowner before that - but went through a divorce so opted to move with the kids and rent.I think this current landlord is NOT lying because he said nothing good about them.

I'm wondering if this is a good strategy, considering that hours of time won't have to be lost on getting comps or negotiating with someone that's not as motivated as they claim.

One consultant gave me to another consultant and the second one claims to get me a loan portfolio.  

Also, have you talked with your lender about financing the property conventionally and then immediately using a quit claim deed to put it into an LLC?  

Both claim to close fast, 5 days or so and can be used for purchases, or also refinancing if you have a property that you are holding on to that’s free and clear and want to take some cash out of.
