Rental Property Insurance
Hey investors, I just purchased a duplex in Indiana. USAA quoted me $2700 a year. The previous owner paid $800. Could you give me suggestions for insurance agents/agencies I can contact for better rates. The age of the home, and possible rebuild cost compared to Purchase Price is their reason for the high premium. Thanks for any feedback.
