I found a black wire and a white wire coming out of the ground and into my house.

I'm in the Black Hills in South Dakota, and this area is growing rapidly.  

This is just another black eye for landlords. 

Not only did it have all the stuff covering the floor, but the entire interior had been spray painted purple and black stripes (obviously during some drug binge).

Have you looked at other financing with a longer term to allow you to be in the black or cash flowing sooner rather than a 5 year time table?

@Tayo Black They go down in value over time like any other trailer.

I don't know of any clearly defined black and white lines from the IRS regarding this.
