That said, I concur with Dan that there are several challenges relating to resolving the conditions.  

That means if you see something that really bothers you then address it to their face

Don't be weird or awkward about it, just be yourself and ask with a smile on your face.

Also finding replacement parts can be a challenge when you need them right away.
