Looking for some insight into the development process in Spokane city limits, namely West Central on the edge of Kendall Yards.Goal is to build a triplex and a SFR on land zoned RHD that currently has two duplexes on it.

You are right that I did not account for vacancy but that's partly because this property is located at a 7 minute walking distance to JSQ Path trains and 2 minutes to all buses on Palisade avenue on one side and Central avenue on other, so I think this would be a commuters dream.

The central valley (Sacramento to Modesto) offers you lots of options to flip homes.

I'm looking for recommended insurance agents in the South Central Pennsylvania area.  

Not sure if he qualified to buy it before he became a student or had parents help.Another person I know, who is out of college, purchased a 4 plex in a prime location near Plaza, Westport, Crown Center - good central area.  

Preferably someone centrally-located on the West side of Cleveland (near Brook Park or so), so you can visit properties quickly when they hit the market.
