Looks like to me they are building some nice duplexes around the bishop arts area.Most of the multi family houses I see are in East and South Dallas areas. 

You should start building this relationship now because spending a few thousand on an agent will pay dividends in the future.

The designation of commercial multi family is a little bit broad however because for instance I’ve just started investing in commercial multi family and am purchasing 5-12 unit buildings.
