Their policy is that any invoice received by the 25th of the month, will be paid on the 10th of the month of 2 months following the submitting of the invoice.

I follow the zillow rental listings for those houses, and they can be rented for $3.5-$4.0kEndless numbers crunching and countless spread sheets tell me land-lording my condo, and renting a SFH is not such a bad idea. 

A drain line for a washer is a dead ended pipe like in the following picture:
