This is a no-brainer.

The neighborhood is nice, quiet, lawns taken care of, no junk cars sitting in driveways or the street, with a small HOA payment monthly.

My contractor's lead is no longer financing modular builds as a few recent projects have been burdened with issues apparently.

If there's no plumbing inside, that means there's no water heater, toilets, sinks, etc.

These more favorable regulations include a 5% transient occupancy tax, no limit on number of days rented, occupant limits based on home size (typically 2 occupants per bedroom plus 4 occupants), minimal permit & licensing fees, and no minimum required stay by the owner.

It currently has no cooling system (just ceiling fans).

The seller said no to re-negotiation.

I spoke with them this morning and asked about this in several different ways - no such benefits are permitted to dependents unless the dependents are veterans themselves.
