IN the meantime, she says they go through the property with a fine tooth comb and "hoops" are finishing all that up to their specs but she says once you understand they are going to do that, it's just part of the process.  

I had been a stay at home mom for the past 11 years and finally decided while I was pregnant with our 5th baby, that I would go after my dream career!

But baby steps first...haha I travel a lot for work and for play, so networking in person is a bit of a challenge for me at present.

We have our first child due in October and im wanting to turn my life around for us and my baby boy on the way.

Finally, on June 9th I stepped away from the day job, and am able to pay myself a meager salary from the business - but more importantly I now have the freedom to structure my days so that I can be a part of my baby girl's life!

I have a full time job, a baby and a pregnant wife.  

The more sellers you talk too, the more homes you can buy.

It is like having a baby... it grows up.

I do not get paid till a sale closes, that could be 2-3 months, I have baby sit that client.

I know plenty of baby boomers who were borderline hoarders and even some Gen Xrs who have lots of belongings.
