I think long term that will push more proper to Bolivar and Freeport sides of the island That's the truth.

The truth, as with most things, is somewhere in the middle.

The unspoken truth is that cash flow is NOT reliable or predictable. 

I went to Franks boot camp as well and agree with everyone above, but not mentioned is that Frank is one of the funniest stand up comedians I have ever been forced to be in the same room with for 3 long fun and truth funnier then fiction days.  

If you can truthfully answer all these, then consider self managing.

Speaking the truth 

Have you ever heard the phrase "Thou doth protest too much" meaning that she is trying hard to project one reality because she doesn't want people to know what the truth is.

I apologize for being harsh here but the truth hurts.

Some tenants would rather lie then tell the truth because life teaches them that is the way to get by.I want my tenants to tell me something is wrong right away.

While these products may be marketed as a convenience item in this way, the truth is that these types of items have the ability to clog and stop up not only the sewer line on this property, but also can cause blockage and service problems in the public sewer system and pump stations.Unlike toilet paper, these products DO NOT break down once they are flushed.
