Should i build an addition on to my 14 x 24 building/ making it a 24x24 bungalow type setup. orshould i leave it as is and just add a bathroom and kitchen and rent it out as is like a studio apartment setup ?

Sometimes I do complete tear downs and rebuilds and other times I do gut renovations and/or additions (depending on what the situation calls for). 

As a yearly lease guy, using Air BNB to increase gross revenue is interesting, but I wonder if the additional work is worth the real NET gain. 

As I’m testing out the Podio I came across Globiflow that would be a great addition to help with the direct marketing.

But if you are already behind, maybe its time to bring in additional crews.

The reason the question is asked, is that if its known up front that, that may be your intention, they need to see what that could mean as far as additional liabilities and higher debt to income ratio's?
