hi, I'm interested in buying a condo for my first buy and renting it out I live in new York but condos in Westchester go for 70 - 100k which I think would give me a good start .

Also, I would like to be fond of the place we have rentals, and I wouldn't like to have to visit Northern New York again if I didn't have to.

Commercial development in these cities is very different than what you may see in some of the hot areas of California, New York, etc.Buildings and building sites in our cities are a dime a dozen.
