Hi, my name is Grant. I'm currently working full time as a software developer in NYC. I started getting interested in real estate investing because my friend is a real estate agent and I also recently purchased a co-op in the city to live in. I went to a FortuneBuilders 3-day seminar and also signed up for some basic coaching.

I'm hoping that my experience in software development can help me figure out ways to find high quality deals faster, though there also is quite a bit of software and services out there already.
