Hello BP,I’ve recently started looking for apartments in the Denver MSA and I keep seeing total expenses on a T-12 being in the 30-35% range.

I know, crossing the T's and dotting the I's with a lawyer is good.

If the mortgage I get to finance the original purchase of the 2-4 flat is OO, do I have t refinance if I move out in the future?

Not major stuff - but mostly filing related and always best to dot the i's and cross the t's.

. - selling a book, t-shirt, etc.So I'd say maybe look at creating a product that sells.
