@CK Hwang - All points raised by you make complete sense but can you go into more detail on how your Asian investors are establishing the HELOC on their properties in Asia?

I flipped a house earlier in the year that I sold for $131k. 2 blocks south was a war zone. 3 houses north changed to over $500k.
