I think BP people are generally good people but there are a lot of sharks out there who will simply try to cut you out of any deals.

I find gohoming.com once of the most useful website because its so hard to navigate that I can oftentimes find good deals.

It is the private cash loan shark lenders that reach in your pockets.

It is tough being one fish in a pond of sharks.

I can navigate building court, but they will not close these cases out until the court ordered inspector does a full interior inspection and getting the inspections done can be problematic.
