Search for independent studies vs. those funded by the window industry (who push the use of UPVC due to profit margins).

But searching around for about half a year found a guy to who it was worth the hassle.

Owner occupied can generally be more selective on who they rent to, without violating fair housing.

I'm working on finding my first deal, sadly down here there aren't really any house-hacking opportunities so I've been searching for years now.

You can do this via searching the property's address on the county assessor site.

Search for recorded transactions in your farm area.

I am working on narrowing down my search area and attempting to identify good areas for investment.
