Right now mortgage rates are down in NC by chance what causes the rates go down ?

I’m wondering what is entailed and what fees I would incur for a cash purchase without a realtor in NC. 

I was told by one person that Denver, NC (just north) is growing and would be a good place to look.

Are there any investors in the Greenville, NC area that know of a good place to get used but quality appliances?

Hi BP community,I am getting ready to graduate from NC State in May and with the minimal debt that I will have, I see this as a perfect opportunity to purchase a duplex or triplex to house hack. 

I don't have any good contractor contacts in the North Carolina market, but I'm keen on seeing who gets recommended!

If you use the official North Carolina Real Estate contract, it will probably say somewhere in the contract that is is not assignable.
