House hacking out of college

Hi BP community,

I am getting ready to graduate from NC State in May and with the minimal debt that I will have, I see this as a perfect opportunity to purchase a duplex or triplex to house hack.  I have calculated that I can afford to put a 3% downpayment on a property that is up to $200,000.  I know that this is very minimal information, but am posting for any general tips or connections to real estate agents in the Raleigh area that specialize in this type of property.

This is also my first post on a BP forum, so I would also appreciate any advice for utilizing these forums in general.

Thanks for reading!
