As for the granny flat, I'm not sure how the law works in CA, but I'm wondering how that notice to vacate relates to eviction? 

I have not really found any kind of commercial list provider for this so I am doing it manually by getting lists from yellow pages/chamber of commerce/associations.

And if you’re short on time like I am, I recommend the Audible version to listen to when you’re doing relatively mindless tasks like getting ready in the mornings, driving, cooking, etc.

In my local MLS market, the RE taxes are itemized on the MLS report (which I can then verify through the municipality's web site).How does it work in VA?
