This is for small balance commercial retail which might or might not fit on your land.You could have an acre but it is a really weird shape than a standard rectangle or square which can make laying out a site plan that works and is profitable for  a developer difficult.

Margins that small... if your vacancy rates are a bit off... management isn't performing right, a lawsuit or two, and you're in the red and getting a fat 0.Am I wrong on that? 

Regardless of it being included as living square feet it may NOT be excluded from use by family. 

Offering mom as a co-signer is a serious red flag as it indicates there is no likely hood of them increasing their credit score.

Example would be if each unit must have 3500 square feet of lot size.  

So i'd be paying about $4 more per bundle or $12 more per square.

Each unit is about 1000 square ft

If I chose a 40$ per square foot granite vs.an $80 per square foot granite why should the contractor make more money just because I picked out a more expensive piece ofgranite.
