Tons of competition here and I have a lot of success finding leads via Zillow, apartments.com, and Facebook marketplace.

Has anyone done this?

You are reading books, but not interacting with real estate investors at meetups which is why both things you said don't make any sense.

I was able to speak to the hvac company myself and it looks like they charged me $1500 more than the invoice amount.

Wondering if there is any interest on here for a focus group for people a bit beyond the beginner level.
