(there was a tiny set of stairs also)The developer told me there was also an alleyway down the side of the building that could most likely fit a wheelchair and had direct access to the condo, so it's possible that would satisfy the ADA and they could remove the ramp on the inside of the unit.I have never dealt with a property like this before, so I'm wondering, who do I talk to to make sure this unit will be ADA compliant? 

The wording is in such a way as to lock me into that broker for the duration even if I don’t use him.

These lenders also tend to understand the position you are in as a borrower and will work with you when issues arise and trust me, if you are involved with enough rehab/ construction projects issues will arise. 

When I started, I wanted to leave my small business to pursue multifamily full time, and I did not have the time to fix and flip or buy a few single families scattered around.Those factors led me to start with multifamily.

But, because this property was deeded to me and my wife, I don't think I can move this into my current LLC because of the anonymity.
