Considering that Newark is 25 minutes from Manhattan and close to an International Airport Hub, the City has seen a lot of redevelopment in the past 10 years.Two particular locations that have seen tons of action, high equity appreciation, and are poised for continued growth over the next ten years are the Ironbound Section, Downtown University Heights, and North Newark near Branch Brook Park in Forest Hill. 

Ski areas, college areas, medical, tourist ... they’re all very different.You need to decide what type of market you want and why.

Farmers and Foremost generally only recruit people with college degrees and do actual background checks on them while some independent firms I have worked with have sent me claims to handle before they even knew how to spell my last name.

I believe I have a financial calculator around the house from my college years.

Catia V5-6 can build relationship designs to sq ft per say, so if I change sq ft everything changes internally or whatever I choose is revised easily without redo , for better or worse, and has alot more capability :) Expensive tho....Here is a Catia model I am currently work on...

We have Ball State University here so the college housing is a big part of the housing market.
