Indianapolis Micro-markets?
I hope this is the right sub-forum for this question.
I was wondering if anyone familiar with the area could chime in on the better areas in Indianapolis for buying rentals? Areas that aren't "war zones" that would attract better tenants and less vacancy rates. Any other helpful info would be awesome as well!
Thanks in advance
