We have quite a few traveling medical personnel.By sharing rooms in our house we generate at least as much if not more than an additional sfr would and it helps with the expenses of having a large home with just my wife and I living there now.When we need or want to travel or be gone, we just block dates and go do our thing.

If they are being a PITA, start posting Notice to Cease for any lease violation you can find, then at that point you won't have to renew the lease and they will likely leave since you are so horrible anyway.I have realized a lot of people are crazy or on medication so when they act the way they act, I just treat them like they are in fact crazy and it doesn't bother me anymore.
