I also completed two more Certificates in CRE and CRE Finance. 

Then it progressed into Cap Rate and some Tax Analysis.The first challenging topics included how to Amortize a Mortgage, understand the difference between a Simple Interest Calculation (such as GRM and Cash on Cash Return) and Compounded Rates of Return (such as Certificate of Deposit Accounts, Appreciation Rates, Annual Rental Increases).When we started economic theory, such as difference between real and nominal prices, inflation, seasonal adjusted prices, case-shiller home price indexes, etc., the concepts really became very difficult to understand.

This includes but is not limited to sending diagrams of the apartments,  copies of all leases, full legal name of all permanent occupants, as well as a certification that they understand the multiple dwelling law.   

You might try looking to other investors in the company you have stock in and approach those stockholders, who obviously value the stock, and see if they might be interested in loaning you money with the stock certificates as collateral….
