Hiring Process Questions

What's up BP, I will soon be working with attorneys and a CPA, so I have a few questions about hiring and communicating with them. I already have some basic questions involving working together but outside that I am curious what are some details I should know before working with them. Any advice on questions or what to look up before setting a meeting up would be appreciated ! Any attorneys or CPA's reading this I would love to also hear what you like to see from people you work with before and after any meetings.

I would ask attorneys: how long it takes them to file an eviction (assuming you are doing rentals), and how many real estate investor clients they have.

CPAs:  Ask if they are tax strategists not.  There is a certification an accountant can receive to be certified as that. Also ask what their procedure is if you get audited.  Do they handle the audit from start to finish? Do they assist as needed?  Have they ever engaged in negotiations with the IRS for settlements?
