I've been a spectator in this community on and off for a while now.

We still have a long-term rental there, and we were able to run a very successful short term rental until we sold it this year.

Why do this?

I have found another property of interest and I am considering selling the replacement property from this previous 1031 and using it to 1031 into this new property.

All of our trainings are open to anyone who wants to come, because we are confident that anyone who attends will ask "Why isn't my brokerage doing this?"
