hello all vegas locals im almost done with my license should betaking the test in 2 weeks or less wondering if any agents or brokers out there can recommend a good brokerage to start with?

I too engage in that market here in So Cal and Las Vegas and am adding AZ.

As a former New Yorker who moved to Las Vegas to invest, I'd say while building an equity position is great, it is best to invest in markets that offer you better cash flow per dollar invested.

Ask people who bought in Idaho, Las Vegas and many parts of Florida that were ON FIRE two years ago and now are in trouble if they made a wise choice.all cash

They do not market the property, hold open houses, negotiate contracts, and refer all questions to the seller for them to handle on their own.I now have about 3 different "business models" working in las Vegas.

I live in Vegas but originally from Chicago.That is not an area I would invest in and I know the area very well.
