I have been contacted by some real estate agents for my rental property in Las Vegas Southern Highlands 89141.
I am debating whether if I should hold it or sell it. My current tenant has been renting it for 2.5 year but will be moving out when the current lease ends (in about 10 months).
Is it difficult to find a tenant in that area who is willing to pay $2485 a month? I bought that property in 2010 for 320k and I think I will be to sell the property now for 375k to 400k. What are your thoughts?
