If the filter is in place make sure it's not blocked as I've found plastic left on them when some kid at the appliance store installed it.If it's a Bosch I've replaced 2 ice makers in the last 4 years on them & one on a Whirlpool BUT they were already 2-4 years old when they failed BUT all still had water flow at the door.As it's new it should be covered under the MFR warranty & usually your appliance repair people will be able to replace/repair it under that warranty.

ActualWe estimated on this house if we were to hire everything out separately not to a general contractor it would be around $45,000 and the bid our general contractor gave us was just over $46,000 not including appliances which ended up being around another 1,000 total for 2 units.

I scheduled a routine inspection with them and noticed the yard was not maintained, there was furniture trash in the back yard and the appliances they said they would remove from the front yard haven't been removed.I knocked and asked if I could come in and I was told they didn't feel comfortable having me come in to look around, so I stayed in the living room and caught a guy moving a mattress out the kitchen back door.
