Purchasing a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo
There's an off-market 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo that I am looking to purchase. It has no rental restrictions, plenty of parking, great neighborhood, water is included in the utilities, low HOA, closest schools and 15 minutes away from Disney world. I also can use a property as an Airbnb since there are no HOA restrictions. Should I get this property or just look for a buyer please help me.
