Those rentals go so fast, and for so much! 

Fast forward to around 2015, I got a tax doc that says I received $800+ from the Preiss Company.  

What's simpler than a email.. copy and paste your letter to whom you send,, you have a copy of what's been sent I do believe any adverse letters / you did not qualify need to be mailed out if they actually paid a application fee and you ran their report.. so you can do both email, and mail for those. they would find out fast with email and the mail supports they were properly notified.

This will save time and this approval work as cash bidder because you will be able to close fast.

Get your daily alerts and start tracking.Also, start a spreadsheet to track properties and watch how fast they go under contract and for how much over ask. 

We are still in the lender shopping phase and our current lender had told us previously that a house with a bad carpet or needing painting external/internal shouldn't be a concern.Well fast forward and there was a house we were interested in.

The great buyers will buy fast, let you make a decent profit, and not be a pain.    

Not too much money, but enough to be there while the scenary is changing so fast.
