I am looking for any tips of the trade regarding starting a wholesale deal. any suggestions?

Since The Trump administration seems to want to lean on the Fed to reduce rates again and is extremely opposed to higher taxes no matter what - all in the shadow a giant trade conflict with the entire rest of the world which is pushing up input costs - I have very little faith that property will become more affordable.

I can trade 2 or 3 properties for 1 (consolidate) if I wish and have no recapturing of depreciation.Otherwise, I plan on DYING with the properties.

Once it hits the sheriff sale it is a publicly trading asset, as opposed to right now it's more limited.Do you have any knowledge of what the loan amount is? 

Some of them seem willing to trade the larger city lifestyle for some additional nearby recreation options. 

No big, national, publicly traded banks will do what we need.
