Good point, business cards will not show up on your personal credit report, but they do typically require a personal guarantee in which case if you ever had a late/missed payment they would ding your personal credit as well.

And you could probably be successful with or without any of these factors, but I would say that these would increase the likelihood of your success (not guarantee it).Typically if you claim to have a set of reasons as to why people are successful you provide an amount of data to prove it is accurate.

Most will not do this as they would not want to risk losing a license over 1 sale.Anything in writing would leave a paper trail too, so how do you guarantee yourself your portion?
