The property is just in mid-construction, not inhabitable and we've had a really hard time finding a way out.

@Sandra Feurtado would visit as many time necessary to get to know the market and build a team you can rely on going forward.

I rent and really have no desire to purchase in the city because it would be a downgrade of space/neighborhood.

Would love to understand pros and cons of being in Nekoosa, Wisconsin Rapids, Lake Arrowhead, Arkdale etc...Appreciate any insight.

3. what is the good price+/- to offer on this property ?

New potential tenant put 09/01/2024 to 08/24/2025 for the asked lease dates. is it normal to have it shortened by a week for the last month?

I’m trying to find the best sources to be able to compare sellthrough rates across various markets throughout the county.

And I suspect many dont know any better and just figure all states are like theirs is.

Hence the post, I want to know what got others to their specialty to help me pick my focus point.I think My end goal is to get to apartments but without exp and outside investors that isn’t feasible.
