If they are collecting rent and not paying taxes or taking care of habitability issues, that is a problem.

If you want to be a successful real estate investor you need to find a good real estate investment coach, it is vital to set your goals first.

I do at the end of the day think the amount of wholesalers are going to decrease dramatically due to this simply law, but those who go through with it and get the license will be back to their normal habits due to the lack of oversight and consequences.

Just don't make it a habit of buying with negative cash flow and you will be fine!

Time and habits are compounding elements.If you invest properly, most sales you complete... you will regret. 

This is at least habitable...sorta.

If you're not providing cable or satellite, it makes it a bit more of a nice touch (keeps guests happy and relaxed).Very infrequently, guests will log into their own accounts, we try to make a habit of checking and always ask (in our guidebook) that they let us know if they've logged out of our provided account.

Read as many books as you can, network with other like minded individuals, and start analyzing properties to get into the habit of what to look for.
