Or camp/temporary housing for different industries that I'm sure even the builders would be surprised these things lasted more than 20 or 30 years if they were still alive.

Further, account might be made easier with software that can manage late payments, overdue, account and communications via email etc. 

To me... taking 1 hour out of my time (including driving time, coordinating, correspondence), paying for gas and vehicle maintenance to drive to properties, taking videos, taking photos, filling out a property checklist, compiling it all to email it forward -  for $20 doesn't really make sense.
