DIY, probably (hubby was a tech supervisor, so he's computer-saavy), but he's also spoken with a website builder at one of our REI groups. 

For example, Facebook just opened a 5045 sq ft office in Northwest Atlanta close to Georgia Tech.

The low tech route...In Hawaii, where many of the condos have just the window ac units...some owners have installed a simple "turn the dial" timer so the ac shuts off automatically.  

The owner can hire the surveyor and geo tech independently or have assistance from the subs.

They do seem to have good tech support.

The tech guy at Toyota bought it when we traded it in.

I found an HVAC tech online who had 64/64 five-star reviews on Google Maps.

Specifically, there is opportunity in the Loudon 1 area with all of the tech companies coming in....Loudon 1 is already the largest data storage center in the country.  

With rapid advancements in prop tech and a growing trend towards digitizing our daily lives, I am convinced that in-person tours and leasing will eventually become a thing of the past.
