What skills would you teach yourself and what type of people would you surround yourself with in order to learn the game? 

I’ve had my share of ups and downs in the business but I’m proud to say I didn’t pay anyone thousands of dollars to teach me.

I'm always looking to learn and teach or to just hang out and have a beer with other investors.

Yeah I know...a lot of insurance companies aren't teaching their adjusters to believe what I believe.  

His dad said he license training is designed to teach an agent how to stay out of jail, whereas proper self-directed investor training would teach him how to invest and manage investments strategies, tenants, etc.
